At HW Partners, we make it easy for clients to send documents, authorize filings, and make payments online or at our office. Whether you’re submitting your tax documents or paying an invoice, we’ve streamlined the process to keep things secure and stress-free.
Make a Payment
Whether you’re paying HW Partners or the Canada Revenue Agency, you have options:
To HW Partners
Online Banking: Available through any major bank in Canada. Add Hendry Warren LLP as a payee. Use the 8-character client number from your invoice (upper left corner). Omit special characters and add leading zeros if needed.
Cheque: Mail or drop off your cheque at HW Partners, 200-881 Lady Ellen Place, Ottawa, ON K1Z 5L3.
Online Payment: Pay your bill online
To the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)
Online Banking: Add “CRA (revenue)” as a payee.
Use your SIN (for personal taxes) or BN (for corporate taxes) as the account number.
CRA My Account or My Business Account:
Make direct online payments through CRA’s secure portals. Visit the CRA Online Payments Page.
In Person: At your bank, with a printed remittance form
Submitting Documents
We’re pleased to provide drop-off and upload options for submitting your documents to HW Partners. Choose the method you prefer.
In Person
You can drop off documents with our reception team during office hours, or use the secure lock box by our front door after hours. The box is checked daily on weekdays and weekends in March and April. Our address is HW Partners, 200-881 Lady Ellen Place, Ottawa, ON K1Z 5L3.
ShareFile
Our secure ShareFile system lets you send or receive documents easily. When we send files, you’ll get an email with a secure link (valid for six months). To send us files, click below, select Hendry Warren Info, and enter your name and email so we know who it’s from.
