A Bit About My Journey

I began my career at HW Partners at the front desk, where I gained a firsthand understanding of how our firm operates and how to effectively support both clients and colleagues. Over time, I advanced to the role of Tax Administration Manager. I’ve always been passionate about helping others, and my path has been shaped by hard work, team support, curiosity, and a constant desire to improve how things get done.

What Matters to Me

I believe that an organized workspace promotes a calm and productive mindset. I strive to keep the tax team’s administrative processes running smoothly, whether that’s streamlining workflows, enhancing client communications, or identifying new ways to support efficiency. What drives me most is the opportunity to create an environment where others can do their best work.

Life Outside the Office

Outside of work, you’ll likely find me volunteering with Scouts Canada, where I help youth build life skills through hands-on experiences. I love camping, exploring new places, and staying active through outdoor adventures. At home, I’m often baking, testing out new recipes or putting a personal twist on family favourites.

How I Support Our Clients

In my role as Tax Administration Manager, I’m focused on ensuring seamless tax operations behind the scenes. I manage deadlines, coordinate documentation, and continuously fine-tune internal systems to support both our team and our clients. My goal is to reduce friction in the process, so every client interaction is timely, organized, and efficient.
