A Bit About My Journey

Before joining the firm in 2016, I worked in the medical field, an experience that taught me the importance of precision, clear communication, and empathy. When I transitioned into operations and administration, I knew I had found the right fit. At HW Partners, I get to combine my love of structure with a passion for people, working closely with our accounting and administrative teams to keep things moving, organized, and on track.

What Matters to Me

Great work comes from great collaboration. I care deeply about the details, but I also care about the people behind them; our team and our clients. Whether it’s managing a deadline, organizing a workflow, or finding a more effective way to do something, I’m always focused on ensuring we deliver on our promises and maintain the high standards our clients count on.

Life Outside the Office

When I’m not at work, you’ll most likely find me at a hockey rink cheering on my kids. I also enjoy staying active, attending concerts, reading, and travelling with my family; things that recharge me and help keep life in balance.
